Teal Patents Limited is currently inundated with orders from the NHS and across the World.
We are doing our best to support the NHS and care homes as a priority and the next priority is our existing customers and international stockists.
We are a small team of around 20. We have increased production by doing overtime, have drafted in some extra help but there is still a limit to our output. Everyone is working extremely hard to meet demand and our suppliers are also doing a great deal to support us.
So regrettably, if you are a new customer to Teal and wish to order or hire we will ask you to pay up front if placing an order, this means you will join the queue. There may be a 6 week wait depending what you are ordering. Larger orders of more than 5 units will be drip-fed 5 at a time for all customers.
Please be patient and polite with our staff on the phone or on email, the demand is very high and we are doing our level best to help everyone.
We will not be taking large orders of 50+ units without discussion with one of our directors for the present time.
In these difficult times we understand the stress and problems this illness has created but we must all work together until the situation improves.
We are doing everything possible to ensure our staff stay well in order that production can continue in these extraordinary times.
